Grant Thornton wins “ESG Best Performer of the Year (+1000)” at Green Awards 2025 

February 2025. Dublin. Grant Thornton is proud to announce that our firm has been recognised as the ESG Best Performer of the Year (+1000 employees) at the Green Awards 2025, held in Dublin on Tuesday 25 February 2025.

This prestigious award recognises our unwavering commitment to setting the standard for Sustainability and ESG excellence with proven performance, and it is a recognition that we share with our people, our clients and our broader community.  

The award for ESG Best Performer of the Year celebrates our firm’s innovative approach to advancing sustainability at our firm and recognises our efforts to reduce our carbon emissions through our array of sustainability initiatives and green practices.

The award also acknowledges our dedication to social sustainability, which has been fundamental in making sustainability an integral part of our culture and operations, and our commitment to the highest level of governance through transparency, monitoring and meeting best practice benchmarks.

Key to this achievement has been the integration of sustainability as central to our business strategy, and which has demonstrated our support in ensuring our stakeholders are engaged in and supported on our sustainability journey.
