Grant Thornton Ireland has launched a new service offering businesses flexible talent solutions with experienced professionals available on short- and medium- terms bases. The Flexible People Solutions offering comes at a time when businesses across many industries are struggling to access talent in a post-Covid and full employment landscape.

However, in recognition of increasing pressures on staffing client teams internally, Flexible People Solutions will provide a pool of experienced talent that can quickly embed into team structures so that businesses and organisations can continue to achieve their goals.

Speaking of the new service offering, Fergus Condon, Partner and Head of Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) with Grant Thornton said,
