Paddy Dillon is Head of Corporate Development for the Grant Thornton Advisors multinational platform, leading mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments that support the platform’s continued growth. Based in Ireland, he has played a pivotal role in the transactions that have expanded the platform’s presence across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific region.
Paddy joined Grant Thornton Ireland in 2005 and has played a key role in developing the firm's market-leading M&A capabilities. As former Head of Deal Advisory, he led complex domestic and international transactions and advised clients across a broad range of sectors on strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions and disposals.
With extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional engagements, Paddy brings deep expertise in corporate finance, deal execution and growth strategy. He remains a Partner in Grant Thornton Ireland's Deal Advisory practice while leading corporate development activities across the multinational platform.
