Michael joined Grant Thornton in 2023 as an Associate Director in our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) team specialising in the Flexible People Solutions service offering. Michael is an experienced professional services business development professional with over 9 years’ experience in, Audit, Multinational and Financial Services aligned with over 8 years' finance talent advisory expertise to the indigenous and multinational market in Ireland.

Sector Experience

Michael is a former Client Talent Advisory Lead in a large Tech multinational supporting corporate hiring for the European business. He previously provided finance talent advisory for clients of a large global recruitment consultancy in sectors such as technology, pharmaceutical, food, public sector and engineering for mid-tier to c-suite level hires. Prior to this Michael trained as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and worked for numerous global organisations from Financial Services to Tech companies in finance related roles.
