Experience
Kim joined Grant Thornton in 2020 as Tax Director to lead and develop the firm’s Tax Knowledge Centre. She joined the firm from Chartered Accountants Ireland where she worked for over 10 years representing the accountancy profession on areas of tax law, policy and administration. Prior to her role with Chartered Accountants Ireland she worked in the tax department of a Big Four firm for over four years. She lectured extensively in tax for professional qualifications with Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute. She is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars. Kim was editor of the consolidated tax legislation series published by Chartered Accountants Ireland and editor of the Institute’s monthly tax journal. She writes regularly on tax for professional publications.
