Juan has over 20 years of valuation and corporate finance experience. He has significant experience advising clients on valuations, financial modelling, restructuring, business planning, litigation and arbitration.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he worked in the valuation practice for other large international firms in Spain and LATAM.

Juan’s valuation expertise includes;

• Valuation of business, equity, minority interests, stock options plan, business line and intangibles assets in the context of transactions, fairness opinion, restructuring, financial reporting, start-ups, investment decisions and private equity funds;
• Valuation for financial reporting purposes;
• Valuations for impairment assessments;

• Purchase Price Allocations for IFRS and FR102;
• Fairness opinions for investment appraisal purposes and other transaction-related matters;
