Anne Marie is an experienced Regulatory and Risk leader with over twenty years experience. Anne Marie supports clients across different financial services sector in meeting their obligations and leads out the asset management practice within Prudential Risk.
Industry Experience
Anne Marie’s experience covers many areas for regulated financial services firms in sectors such as Banking, Asset Management, MiFID, and Retail Credit firms. She has extensive experience in supporting firms with license authorisation as well as supporting clients in meeting their ongoing regulatory and risk obligations in many areas. These areas include ICAAP and Wind Down Plan preparation as well as assurance reviews on outsourcing, ESG risk management, and operational resilience. She has also supported firms with regulatory change(s) in areas such as IFR/D, Fitness and Probity as well as undertaking PCF roles including Head of Compliance in different firms and PCF 39 roles across various managerial functions.
Additionally, she has served on a number of industry forums including several Irish Funds working groups. Amongst these groups were the IF Real Estate, Regulatory reporting, and GDPR working Groups as well as currently being a member of the Irish Funds CSRD/ESAP/EFRAG sub group.
