Aisling is a Director in our Business Consulting team. Aisling joined Grant Thornton in 2018, prior to which she worked for 15 years in industry – much of this time was spent within the food retail and wholesale sector. Aisling’s core areas of expertise are in commercial finance, financial planning, business case development, finance transformation, target operating model design, project management, business process improvement, strategy planning and change management.
As a PRINCE2 project manager and qualified CIMA accountant, Aisling has experience of assisting and leading large transformation programmes. She has particular expertise in facilitating change across finance, commercial and sales teams. Since joining Grant Thornton, Aisling has used her skills and knowledge to conduct finance function reviews across both the public and private sector in order to support senior leadership teams to drive transformation within their organisations. She has experience influencing senior stakeholders to drive transformational projects involving people, technology and processes.
