Minister Donohoe’s upcoming budget will be published on 12 October 2021.

Notwithstanding the significant COVID related Exchequer deficit, it is likely that the Budget will include both a mixture of tax cuts and revenue raising measures. Certain existing reliefs may be curtailed while housing measures are likely to feature prominently.

We invite you to join us via webinar the following morning to hear our Tax team and guests discuss the impact of the budget on you and your business, together with the wider economic impact.

Grant Thornton is again linking up with Newstalk to provide live commentary and assessment as Minister Donohoe speaks from the Dail and provide further analysis the following morning on Vincent Wall’s Business Breakfast from 6.30am.
