Sean Ridley

Sean is an audit partner specialising in the provision of audit and assurance services in the capital markets and asset management sectors.

His primary focus is on structured finance and capital market entities investing in a wide range of asset classes, including Collateralised Loan and Debt Obligations (CLOs & CDOs), Non-Performing Loan portfolios, Residential and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities, SME Loans, Direct/Property Lending, and Synthetic Credit Deals.

He also has extensive experience working with private equity funds and property REITs.

Sean sits on the audit committee of the Irish Debt Securities Association (IDSA).
