Experience

Rachel joined Grant Thornton in 2019 as part of the advisory team. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Rachel spent over five years working in transaction advisory at a “Big 4” firm in Australia, as well as over four years working in industry, mainly with agri-businesses, in a variety of corporate finance and commercial roles which included mergers and acquisitions, business development and strategic planning responsibilities

Sector Experience

Rachel has experience working with a wide range of industries and clients, from entrepreneurs to multinationals. Rachel’s clients included businesses in the resources, agri-food, engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Rachel’s recent experience includes;

• Buy side due diligence for Waystone.
• Preparation of complex financial models.
• Projections and business plans to manage debt and equity raise from ISIF.
• Company valuations.
