Marie joined Grant Thornton in May 2026 with over 20 years' experience. She has extensive experience in complex (pre and post sale) re-organisations, M&A transactions, international tax planning and advising expanding Irish groups.

Marie advises both domestic and multinational companies on all aspects of the Irish tax regime including efficient cash (and effective tax rate) management, compliance with tax reporting obligations, minimizing tax risk and dealing with interactions with Revenue enquiries/audits.
