John is an Audit partner specialising in the provision of audit and assurance services in the capital markets and asset management sectors.

Sector experience

His experience in the asset management sector includes the audit of Irish regulated funds, offshore hedge funds, US Mutual Fund and private equity funds. Prior to joining Grant Thornton he worked in the asset management sector in New York where he was responsible for the audits of a wide range of investment fund structures.

He also has experience of working with a wide range of structured finance transactions including securitisations, multi-issuance vehicles and aircraft leasing.
