Jennifer is an Associate Director in Grant Thornton Ireland’s Sustainability Advisory team, advising organisations on sustainability strategy, transformation and regulatory readiness. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, she held sustainability and project leadership roles across industry, advisory and standards development, including supporting the establishment of Canada’s national sustainability standards board.
Her experience spans manufacturing, retail, agriculture, technology, transport, infrastructure and the public sector, giving her a strong understanding of how sustainability must be embedded within operational and commercial decision making. With an academic background in environmental bioscience, she brings strong scientific grounding to her work across climate, nature, water and social impact.
Jennifer brings senior level experience across the full breadth of sustainability advisory, from strategy development through to technical delivery. She has led sustainability strategies for organisations across multiple sectors and geographies, turning high level commitments into structured programmes with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
Her technical work spans climate, nature and social impact, including greenhouse gas inventories, decarbonisation pathways, SBTI aligned target setting, double materiality assessments, and environmental and social management systems. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade in manufacturing across environmental auditing, risk management, and operational improvement, a grounding that continues to shape her practical approach to sustainability delivery.
