Eilish is a qualified actuary and a director in our Risk Advisory team. She has 15 years of insurance industry experience across general and life insurance as well as data analytics.
Eilish has extensive experience across various technical areas and currently serves as the Independent Reviewing Actuary for a PRISM High Irish insurer. Her career includes a broad range of actuarial projects, such as reserving, capital modelling, and actuarial transformation. Eilish also provides subject matter expertise to both internal and external audit teams.
Eilish has experience with machine learning models for insurance applications and is a regular speaker at industry events.
