Declan Walsh is a partner in our Strategy and Integration Team, and a member of the firm's Leadership Team. He oversees internal operations and drives initiatives focused on growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Declan has extensive experience in strategy execution, business transformation, and technology modernisation. Before joining Grant Thornton, he held senior leadership roles at a global insurance company, where he delivered major projects across the United States, Spain, and Portugal.
