How Grant Thornton can help with finance transformation and centralisation
At Grant Thornton we meet the challenges of our clients. Our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) model offers a flexible and scalable Shared Service Centre (SSC) taking into account the challenges of reducing costs, quality improvements and internal controls in an on-going outsourcing contract. Our BPO model consists of:

  • a front office in Ireland and our transactional teams based in Grant Thornton’s international centres;
  • customer relationship management (from implementation to run operations) driven by a partner of the Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) team in Ireland;
  • a dedicated project consulting team who are experts in the transformation process (SSC or BPO) from the assessment phase to the business as usual phase;
  • strong governance and control through Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure the satisfaction of the client;
  • an experienced BPO team who are multilingual, with real accounting culture and proficient in most ERPs; and
  • performance measurements from Key Performance Indicator (KPI) suite.
