Join us for our annual Corporate Finance conference ‘Strategies for growth: taking the next steps’ when we will review transaction activity during 2015, examine the current funding landscape and look at expectations for the year ahead.

On the morning, Albert Manifold, CEO of CRH plc, will hold a discussion on recent transactions, including the Lafarge Holcim deal (the largest of 2015), private equity experiences and his role leading the largest plc in Ireland.

We will also gather insights from senior executives in businesses that have recently completed deals with private equity and other funders, including Merlyn Industries, IdentiGEN, Excelsys and Payzone.
