Minister Donohoe’s first budget will be published on 10 October 2017. With both tax receipts and sterling exchange rates showing some volatility, it’s difficult to predict the level of tax cuts that we’ll see next month.
We are also expecting a more detailed Finance Bill this year, some of the detail of which will be announced on Budget Day.
Join us the following morning when our tax team will address the effects the budget will have on you and your business, while our guest speaker Ronan Lyons, Economist at Trinity College Dublin and author of the Daft.ie reports, will present an overview of the impact on the wider economy.
This year Grant Thornton is again linking up with Newstalk to provide live commentary and assessment as Minister Donohoe speaks from the Dail and provide further analysis the following morning on Vincent Wall’s Business Breakfast from 6.30am.
Join us for live commentary on Budget 2018 on the 10 October at @GrantThorntonIE.
