Sriram leads the AI & Data practice at Grant Thornton Ireland, a capability he established and scaled to deliver advanced AI and data transformation programmes across financial services, the public sector, and FMCG organisations.
He advises senior executives on the strategic adoption of AI in regulated environments, helping organisations balance advanced AI capability with governance, risk, and regulatory obligations. His work includes enterprise AI strategy, operating model design, and responsible AI frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act.

He has led the design and delivery of advanced AI systems including graph-based demand forecasting models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for large-scale document analysis, and agentic AI solutions that automate complex business processes.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton Ireland, he held leadership roles in analytics and data science across both consulting and industry, including leading a venture that was subsequently acquired by Mastercard.
