Experience
Nikita joined the Grant Thornton audit and assurance team in 2021 as an Associate Director within the Corporate Audit department and was made partner in 2025. She has over 15 years of experience in audit, assurance and advisory having spent time in a Big four practice where she was a senior manager in audit, and some time in industry where she was head of finance for a global AIM listed company. Nikita also has experience in Reporting Accounting engagements during her career.
Sector experience
Nikita has a significant amount of audit experience in large privately and publically owned businesses with complex multi-jurisdiction requirements including those across the Island of Ireland, the UK and International markets. She has worked with clients in various industries including Technology, Manufacturing, Pharma, Engineering & Construction, Leisure, Property and Professional Services.
In addition to leading statutory audits, Nikita also advises on complex accounting matters that arise through growth, transactions and restructuring. She brings deep technical expertise across multiple reporting frameworks—including IFRS and FRS 102—underpinned by an in‑depth knowledge of company law. Nikita holds a diploma in Assurance Sustainability from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
