Mark joined Grant Thornton in December 2017. He has specific expertise in the corporate finance and transactional advisory. Mark has worked across a range of industries, advising SMEs and public companies nationally and internationally, as well as advising lending institutions and private equity funders.
Sector experience
Mark’s provides ongoing transaction support to Octopus Energy, Digicel, Viatel and Nostra. Other Buyside experience to UFP Technologies on the Acquisition of AQF Medical and to Alantra Energy on their investment in GridBeyond. Other recent due diligence experience includes Vendor Due Diligence services to Obelisk Engineering, Vendor Assist Services to 8West Consulting and Vendor Assist Services to Klas Technologies.
Recent M&A experience includes Phonovation on the sale of their Mobile Identity service to Banyan Technologies, KineMatik on their sale to OpenText and News UK on their sale of Simply Zesty to Granite Digital.
Mark has also worked extensively in the semi state sector including with CIÉ, Bus Éireann and RTÉ.
