Ann is a Director in the Workforce Solutions practice, bringing 20 years of financial services experience, with deep expertise in SME lending and operational transformation.
Since joining Grant Thornton in 2018, Ann has successfully led several teams within the Operations and Enablement area for one of Ireland’s largest banks, supporting multiple high-profile loan sale transactions. Most recently, she led the design and delivery of customer and staff communications for the onboarding of a €5bn mortgage portfolio to one of Ireland’s Pillar Banks.
