  • Carve-out support - designing and project managing a plan for the divestment or acquisition of a non-core business or operation that has historically been integrated within a parent company, managing the operational, financial and regulatory implications; and
  • Resource support – providing suitably qualified staff resources to support the needs of your team in the post deal period.
