Financial crime

This is the most important set of regulations for many organisations and we help clients to better understand their obligations and implement appropriate controls in relation to anti-money laundering and other relevant legislation.

Consumer conduct

This covers the treatment of customers by financial institutions. Clients have to report on how their behaviours and activities impact on customers and must ensure their customers are at the forefront of their considerations. We help them put in place the controls to meet these requirements.

Corporate governance

We work with clients to put the appropriate structures in place to ensure board effectiveness and the high standards of corporate governance required to ensure that critical areas such as risk are managed appropriately and effectively.


We carry out culture audits to analyse the DNA of an organisation including beliefs, attitudes and behaviours. The regulators require banks and other financial institutions to demonstrate that they have appropriate risk and compliance culture in place. We help clients meet this requirement and to build and improve on existing culture where appropriate.
