Experience

Mike is a partner in our Audit and Assurance team specializing in investment funds, private holding companies and insurance. Mike was previously a partner in Arthur Morris & Company Limited which recently joined Grant Thornton. Mike joined Arthur Morris & Company Limited in January 1993 and became a partner in January 2000. He has over thirty years of audit experience.

Sector Experience

Mike provides audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients including insurance companies, charities, local trading companies and investment holding companies.

Mike has significant experience with International Financial reporting Standards, US GAAP, Canadian GAAP and Bermuda regulatory requirements.
