Experience

James joined Grant Thornton in 2014 and leads the Tax Incentives team.

Since joining, he has gained significant experience in providing tax advice to a wide range of clients from SME’s to large multinationals. James specialises in advising clients across the tax compliance and planning aspects of R&D Tax Credits, KDB claims, IP allowances and Transfer Pricing.

Sector Experience

James’ experience includes a broad range of sectors including, financial services, manufacturing, food & beverages and technology. He also has extensive experience with other innovation reliefs and tax incentives, where he has wide experience on capital allowances reviews, transfer pricing, property tax and capital taxes planning.
