Companies Act 2014: Audit Committee Statement

It has been a year since the Companies Act 2014 came into action. While we are all familiar with the changes that The Companies Act 2014 presented at commencement, some others changes are becoming topical as they are relevant to accounts commencing on or after the 1 June 2015.

In essence there are three major changes that are considered below:

• directors’ compliance statement (Section 225 of the Act) [ 88 kb ];
• audit committee statement (Section 167 of the Act) [ 179 kb ]; and
• statement of relevant audit information (Section 330 of the Act) [ 270 kb ].
