Investment Limited Partnership Law Amendments in Ireland: Initial Observations

The eagerly awaited Investment Limited Partnerships (Amendment) Bill 2020, has been passed in the Dáil and is set to accelerate Irish fund industry growth. Our webinar discusses the general terms of Irish limited partnerships and how these Irish limited partnerships would compare to similar limited partnerships in the market. It will also discuss how U.S. investment managers could use them in global distribution strategies and integrate them with other funds the managers sponsor, and certain E.U. and U.S. tax and accounting matters that would apply to them.
