Experience
Lorcan joined the firm in 1988 and is director in charge of the personal tax function in our Dublin office. He is an experienced professional having dealt with all areas of taxation but particularly in relation to corporation tax for Irish groups and domestic subsidiaries of multinational companies, VAT on property and
Revenue audits.
In addition, Lorcan has worked on corporate finance due diligence reviews and reports and has considerable knowledge of the personal tax issues arising from professionals, partnerships and Lloyds underwriters.
