The health check process covers a review of:
- group structure to ensure that all group companies, associated companies, branches and business names are complying with the law;
- all company records both internal (statutory registers, minute books etc.) and external (Companies Registration Office) and compares both to identify any inconsistencies and any areas of non-compliance; and
- corporate secretarial policies and procedures including the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

- implement any recommendations on corporate secretarial policies and procedures;
- make recommendations regarding good corporate governance; and
