Experience
Conail joined Grant Thornton in 2002.
He has previously worked for pension and actuarial consultancy firms both in Ireland and Scotland. For over 18 years he has provided an increasingly respected, personal service to a wide variety of corporate and professional clients. By working closely with his colleagues in the audit and tax department of Grant Thornton, he is able to provide clients with advice that is consistent and appropriate to meet their stated needs and objectives.
Conail has extensive experience in providing advice on pensions, business insurance, life assurance, disability, critical illness, lump sum investment and inheritance tax.
Sector experience
Conail has significant expertise in structuring pension and insurance arrangements for company directors and professional practitioners (dentists, doctors, orthodontists and solicitors).
Professional memberships
Conail is a Qualified Financial Adviser and holds a Joint Financial Services Diploma.
He is a fellow of the Life Insurance Association of Ireland and an associate of the Institute of Management Consultants in Ireland. He is a member of Irish Institute of Pension Managers, the Insurance Institute of Ireland, Irish Association of Pension Funds and the Association of Compliance Officers of Ireland.
