Grant Thornton was appointed to act for the Defendant in relation to the assessment of a claim for loss of profits circa €8 million arising from a property dispute between the parties. 

Paul Jacob’s expert oral evidence provided in this case to the Commercial Court was a contributing factor to the Judge assessing the loss of profits and consequential costs at €Nil.
