We were appointed by ASI Sugar Limited to act as expert accountant in legal proceedings against Greencore Group Plc.
We assessed the loss of profits claimed by ASI Sugar Limited arising from certain alleged practices during the 1990s.
The allegations identified were denied by Greencore.
Our report was submitted to the High Court and provided assistance to the parties in reaching a settlement in this case.
