Experience
Paul joined Grant Thornton’s corporate finance practice in 2004. He has significant experience in advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, business valuations, fund raisings and restructuring, strategic options, business planning, financial modelling and financial due diligence.
Sector experience
Paul has advised clients both private and listed, on transactions across a number of industry groups including: financial services, construction, building materials, distribution, food, retail, storage, technology and waste.
Professional qualifications and memberships
Paul is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (European) with Irish degree (BComm) and a Masters of Business Studies degree in Electronic Business and Commerce (MBS); both from University College Cork.
