The aim of our operations review work is to improve the performance of our construction clients by developing practical approaches that will enable them to either increase revenues; implement sustainable cost savings, and/or improve competitiveness.
We also advise and assist construction clients in determining the optimal funding strategy and assist in raising finance from lending institutions. Our work in this area has included core facilities and investment in supporting infrastructure.
Our economic reviews are carried out in full compliance with the requirements of the Higher Education Authority and the Department of Finance in respect of capital projects. We also provide independent advice on the suitability or otherwise of projects for a PPP approach.
With regard to market development, we assist clients in establishing market development aims and targets, identifying target market(s), sectors and niches and developing and agreeing their strategic proposition(s) - with reference to USP's, UPB's, competitors, positioning, product mix, margins, etc.
