This year‟s Good Food Ireland Business Insight Survey has been released after a sustained and global period of interest in the Irish food industry. The long-term impact of the horsemeat scandal on Ireland Food Inc and Brand Ireland will be clear over time. However one could argue all it has done is accelerate non publicised changing consumer food expectations domestically and globally towards quality, locally sourced and traceable “good food.”
