Experience
Tony has been a partner in Grant Thornton and predecessor firms since 1979.
He has extensive knowledge on all aspects of auditing and accountancy and has gained many years experience in the audit of both listed and private companies. He was the reporting accountant for the Kingspan flotation in 1989.
Sector experience
His clients have been representative of the economy as a whole particularly in the construction, wholesale and distribution businesses and he has been responsible for the audit of Irish subsidiaries of foreign holding companies.
Professional qualifications and memberships
Tony is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI) and holds a Masters in Economics and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
