electronic discovery – refers to any process in which electronic data is sought, located, secured, and searched with the intent of using it as evidence in a civil or criminal legal case; our team provides fast, cheap and more complete e-discovery;
IT security – issues of cyber-security have been thrown sharply into focus in recent months; our team has extensive experience of cyber-security, incident response planning and cyber-crime investigation; the team has so far investigated conventional hacking, phishing and pharming attacks, malware attacks, denial of service attacks, large scale data theft and network sabotage;
insurance claims – the team have provided expert support in claims analysis and investigation; we also provide assistance in preparation and presentation of claims; and
